Ms. New Booty Program Details

In a small group setting (no more than 6 women per class time), you will learn proper form on all lifts, incorporate progressive overload, drop sets and burnouts to effectively maximize your time, as well as your results.

While this is a booty-focused program, there will be upper body movements in every workout as well.

Our goals are to increase overall strength, build a shapely booty, learn new lifts/proper form and ultimately, HAVE FUN! 

Program Summary:

  • 8 weeks of booty specific workouts (3 days/week) specifically designed for your goals
  • 3-30 minute nutrition-related phone calls with a registered dietitian (Weeks 1,4,8)
  • Weekly nutrition newsletter from a registered dietitian
  • Unlimited email communication with trainer/registered dietitian Jackie
  • Unlimited regular fitness classes at Catalyst Fitness
  • Community with same fitness goal-oriented women
  • Lots of laughs, good music, motivation, accountability and RESULTS

 

 

The Specifics:

Dates: 8/26 – 10/21
Cost:

-Before 8/16/19: $399

-After 8/16/19: $449

 

You will register for one class time and remain in that time slot for the entire 8 weeks; 6 women per time slot.

Class offerings:

MWF: 7:15a-8:15a
MWF: 8:30a-9:30a
MWTh: 5-6p

No classes will be held on Monday, Sept. 2 (Labor Day) but will be made up on the last Monday of the program (10/21).

Note: This program is not a “quick fix” type of program. It will take your commitment, dedication and adherence. Results will not be seen by attending classes sporadically.

There are many benefits to strengthening the glutes, besides aesthetics. The glute muscle group actually contains three separate muscles:

  • gluteus maximus
  • gluteus medius
  • gluteus minimis

Having weak glutes can cause back issues, mobility problems. injuries, bad posture, poor balance and flexibility. Glute training is part of every high-perfoming athlete’s training program, as it is integral to athletic performance, no matter the athlete.
